The lifespan of a flower is short but meaningful. Although it is doubtful that many truly care about the growth and death of a flower, it holds an important role in the aspect of love. Beyond being a token of affections, flowers can also symbolise the different stages of romance where people, more often than not, lose themselves in the moment... until the inevitable end whereby the remnants of love reflect a past experience and an old memory.
